The full service Event Production at ESM is often referred to as a one stop shop. We like to refer to it as holistic. Each element of your event has a direct effect or interaction with the other. Clients that engage us to serve as Event Producer get a team that will work across all disciplines and design an outcome that fits the budget, physical plant, and most importantly the message and purpose. ESM provides a consolidated event budget and does not “mark-up” downstream costs. When selecting an Event Producer, you will come across many approaches. The Production Design is a major creative element in the Event Production. ESM employs state-of-the-art CAD systems, 3D renderings, and the talented designers to utilize these tools. The outcome is a fully designed venue or event, with the overall site plan, as well as the scenic, staging, and lighting design. This becomes the “blue-print” for the Production Management and Technical Services element of the project. return to top
Building a complex live event often means coordinating several vendors, multiple teams of people, and truckloads of equipment. The planning, and execution of the event build are critical to the budget and the creative vision of the event. Our Production Management team will develop production schedules, and complete all necessary permits, licenses, and inspections. As well as execute the plans of the Technical and Production Designs. Many events have a complex technical overlay. This must be designed and managed by a technical team that understands power distribution, lighting design, audio and video systems, as well as broadband and broadcast media. ESM Productions award-winning Technical Services team will design a system that is integrated with the Production Design. We provide the architecture and all of the equipment specifications. This system will have already been proven with our 3D CAD/Lighting & System design software, which ensures a smooth set-up and operation.
