To mark America’s 250th anniversary in the city where it all began, the City of Philadelphia partnered with ESM Productions to deliver an unforgettable July 4th entertainment experience for residents and visitors. “Our Fourth of July concert is a historic homecoming for many of our City’s brightest stars,” said Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle L. Parker. Executive producer, Scott Mirkin implemented a production plan and entertainment roster that made a signature event for Philadelphia and nationwide.

This specialized concert format required a custom stage to symbolize independence. Measuring 210’W x 100’D x 75’H, the massive structure set against the historic art museum served as the event's architectural centerpiece. The Executive Producer and Production Designer designed a customized full LED lighting, shaped as a 47' tall, 56' wide liberty bell. The stage featured a massive 605,000-watt lighting system, 464 lighting fixtures, 975 video tiles, bordered by an LED ribbon listing over 2,500 cities.
The stage successfully hosted 7 acts over a continuous seven-hour program, including the following performers: Jill Scott, Seal, Jordan Davis, The Roots, Meek Mill, State Property (Freeway, Beanie Sigel, Young Gunz, and Peedi Crakk), Kathy Sledge, Will Smith, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Adam Blackstone, Infinity Song, DJ HBK, and DJ Aktive, with Wanda Sykes hosting, and appearances by: Gillie Da King and Wallo 267.

According to Nielsen Data, over 553K people saw the coverage of the concert on NBC10, which exceeds any standard of local viewership comparison. The show also streamed across 10 platforms including: Paramount +, ETOnline.com, CBS.com, and many more which attracts over 160 million global subscribers.
