Our OSHA30-certified logistics team manages all labor and ensures safety. We establish labor models and cost estimates, provide on-site labor management, and complete the process with in-house payroll services.

Jenny WooChair & Executive Vice President

As Chair and Executive Vice President, Jenny’s job duties include payroll coordinating, crew and talent travel and hospitality, office administration, and human resources. Jenny oversees ESM Productions’ internal payroll department that processes thousands of union and non-union employees yearly across 20 states. Jenny also oversees production costs and has been responsible for six figure savings across many budgets.

Something you might not know about me is… I enjoy exercising and I’m a Temple University Alumna.

Christina WongVice President

An experienced communications, event and production planning professional, Christina has been working at ESM Productions since 2006. She began as an intern in college as a Production Assistant and is now Vice President at the 20-year old company. Christina's main focus is client relations, talent relations, and community partnerships, but she also oversees production crews, manages small and large scale budgets, manages production schedules and communicates with vendors and talent on a daily basis.

Christina is a graduate of Philadelphia University. She also serves on the Board of Trustees for Philadelphia University and the School District of Philadelphia’s Office of Career and Technical Education Hospitality Industry Advisory Committee. She is also a member of the Young Professionals Network (YPN) of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce (GPCC), where she serves as Chair to the YPN Advisory Board. She is also on the GPCC Board of Directors, GPCC Membership Services Committee, and the GPCC State and Local Tax Committee. Christina is also co-chairing the Volunteer Outreach Committee for the 2016 Democratic National Convention.

Craig MirkinChief Technical Officer

Craig Mirkin has held technology centric roles in the entertainment industry for nearly 30 years and has been with ESM from day one. He is a skilled engineer with knowledge of technical systems and architectural CAD. Craig is tasked with overseeing site CAD drawings for all events, and managing technical overlays for broadcasts. Throughout his career, he has used these skills to design, plan, and execute the Los Angeles relocation of the Academy Award winning visual effects studio, Digital Domain. Craig collaborated with the Digital Domain executive team to develop the requirements of the new space and worked with the internal stakeholders as well as the external architectural and general contracts to realize the corporate vision. In addition, Craig has extensive experience with visual effects as a contributor to over 60 films.

What are you passionate about? I love playing acoustic guitar and am a collector of fine handcrafted guitars.

Christine RudloffProduction Manager

Christine’s primary focus is on television broadcasts & live steam productions. Christine coordinates the hiring, scheduling, and transportation of entire production crews for our live shows. Additionally, Christine manages media and content elements for events and shows. Her priority is creating and organizing program content in order to enhance audience experience. She works directly with clients from pre-production to post-production on all ESM creative services offerings, including video packages created for use in-show, non-profit campaigns, and television and internet variety specials. Christine also prepares scripts and rundowns and calls live shows. She is an active member of the Young Professionals Network of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. Christine has a Bachelor of Arts in Television & Film from DeSales University.

What are you passionate about? Sitcoms and Corgis. I would watch a sitcom starring a corgi.

Chris McDowellCreative Director

Our Creative Director, Chris, is an Emmy® award-winning producer who develops video content, animations, graphics, web designs and code. He is a producer and leading developer of numerous lifestyle television programs for a diverse national and international audience and clientele list. Chris is an imaginative, creative, and resourceful motion graphic designer with extensive 2D and 3D experience.

Bianca BethelProduction Manager

Bianca manages show operations and logistics for ESM's events and live stream projects, specializing in large outdoor shows. She manages vendors, labor, site builds, and security and safety. Bianca often serves as a liaison for city services, most recently as ESM’s Event Operations Manager for the 2015 World Meeting of Families Papal events. She has managed labor crews of over 150 workers, including teamsters, carpenters, electricians, and stagehands. She is OSHA 30 certified by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and a certified storm spotter by the National Weather Service. She is an active member of the Young Professionals Network of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and the International Special Events Society Philadelphia chapter where she chairs the Special Projects Committee. Bianca has a Bachelors of Science in Marketing.

Valerie SmithProduction Manager

Valerie focuses on managing event budgets for ESM and handling the financial closing of all accounts. Each budget is managed in real time before, during, and after the planning and execution of each event. Recently, Valerie served as Production Accountant for the World Meeting of Families 2015, which required her to manage 5 separate budgets that contained over 1,500 detailed line items. She has managed several multi-million dollar budgets simultaneously. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Temple University and is an active member of the Temple University School of Tourism and Hospitality Management Alumni Association. Valerie also is a member of the Young Professionals Network of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.

Something you might not know about me is… I was a Temple cheerleader. I am obsessed with Jeopardy and my dog.

Zoey ToyStrategic Partnerships Manager

Zoey works to develop new partnerships for ESM as well as cultivate strong relationships with existing clients. She ensures that our clients’ needs are met from start to finish and there is a high level of service delivered across all ESM events and projects. Her other job responsibilities include production coordination, creation of rundowns for live concerts and shows, front of house management, including seating and security, stage management, and logistical management. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Sociology. She is an active member of the Young Professionals Network of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, the International Special Events Society, the Penn Alumni Club of Philadelphia, and yPenn, the Young Penn Alumni Association.

Something you might not know about me is… I read a lot. This past year I read over 50 books.

Will HorrocksProduction Assistant

Will provides support for our production team with a concentration in site operations. His responsibilities include logistical management, city permits, labor management, and site surveying. He is part of our on the ground team that ensures that all load ins, load outs, and site logistics run smoothly. Recently, Will acted as a site lead for the World Meeting of Families Papal visit in September 2015, managing vendor logistics and coordinating trucking and labor crews. Will is an active member of the Young Professionals Network of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce as well as a participant in many Philadelphia based networking organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Delaware.

Maria BrewAssistant to Executive Producer

Maria's roles at ESM are Production Assistant and Assistant to the Executive Producer for Scott Mirkin. Maria performs a variety of executive support tasks including research and communications. She maintains records, documents, and Scott's schedule. She assists Production Managers on coordinating event details and logistics and provides support to on site production leads.
